The original Lost Island Nature Center broke ground in 1993. Some of the displays have been kept since that time. The main display, a life-like diorama of a marsh, is starting to show its age. With the help of staff in the Nature Center, some updates have been envisioned and plans have been drawn. The project will begin when the PACCF is assured that the funds will be available to complete the refurbishing.
